Child Support
Whether you are going through a divorce or you are an unmarried parent, you want to know what you can expect from your child support plan. Both parties incomes are computated to determine the child support amount, as well as the health insurance premiums, day care costs and several other factors. The parent who does not have custody is usually required to pay child support.
A current Child Support Order can be modified after the final decree. This can happen when there has been a change in the shared parenting plan, or the income of one or both of the parties has changed.
